Modest diet, exercise help weight loss - The Times of India: Exercise combined with healthy eating can reduce body fat and preserve muscle in adults better than diet alone, researchers of a new study have found.

The study was funded and conducted by National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), part of the National Institutes of Health.
